There you have it, everything I have to say about my 'Maximum Build planning guide'. Ok, I know I am biased, but in my honest opinion, I really do believe this guide is going to change many people's ideas of how to present their schemes at Planning - without compiling a risk assessment of the site relating to relevant Planning Issues, you are increasing the risk of submitting a poorly presented scheme that could be destined for a refusal.

All I ask is that you seriously take a look at what this planning guide can do for you. If you think it can help you in your building project, then get it. If not, then I wish you the best of success and I hope that I am not asked to represent your case at the appeal.

Best of Success,

Martin S Meeks
