<< WARD INSULATED PANELS - Building Materials and Architectural Building Products >>

Ward Insulated Panels Ltd

Insulated Panels

The Ward range of insulated panels offers architects, designers and specifiers a wide range of options for roof and wall cladding. An attractive selection of profile finishes is available in a choice of cover widths. This allows designers to vary layout modules, specifying whole panel units around doors and windows and the application of corporate colour schemes in correct proportions.

Ward Insulated Panels comprise pre-coated steel weather and liner sheets auto-adhesively bonded to a rigid urethane insulation core. Manufactured under carefully controlled conditions, they give a far higher thermal performance, structural integrity and damage resistance than twin-skin alternatives. They also greatly reduce on-site fitting costs compared to conventional cladding and provide safer working platforms.

Ward Insulated Roof Panels (DR Range)

The Ward Insulated Roof Panel DR1000 is a concealed fix 1.0 metre wide panel which can be used on all types of structures and has benefits that surpass other forms of roofing.

Suitable for roof pitches down to 1 degree.

No exposed through fixings.

No side laps, end laps or cavity.

Choice of 50 60 80 and 100mm insulation cores giving U values up to 0.22W/m2 oC.

Pre-cut panel lengths up to 29 metres available.

Ward Insulated Wall Panels (DW Range)

The Ward DW range of concealed fix wall panels offers a choice of four profiles which can be fitted either vertically or horizontally to the supporting steelwork of the building.

Choice of four profiles, including flat look effect.

Sealed tongue and groove joints make weather-tight fitting on both horizontal and vertical arrangements.

Profiles can be mixed or matched to create attractive effects.

No through fixings give maximum security and impeccably smooth appearance.

Choice of 60 80 and 100mm insulation cores with U values up to 0.22W/m2 oC.

Economy Panels (IP Range)

The Ward IP1000 is a through fixed roof and wall panel which can be used for all building applications with a roof slope of 4deg or more.

On wall applications the panels can be laid horizontally or vertically.

The panels have a 1000mm cover width with a choice of five depths of insulation core between 60 and 100mm.

Complete System Design

Ward Insulated Panels are part of a complete range of Ward cladding products, including complementary accessories. The Ward Streamline gutter system forms a shadow line construction at the eaves position and is available in colours to match or contrast with the panels, as is the range of flashings, trims and corner units. There are also factory made roof lights and roof aperture units to complete the building package.
