LS LONGDEN
LS Longden range of doors and doorsets combines top quality traditional
craftsmanship with the performance levels needed to meet today’s technical
demands.
The range is characterised by traditional solid timber doors with flat or
raised and fielded panels.
All doors and doorsets are manufactured individually to order, allowing complete
freedom with both traditional and contemporary designs, and the capability
to match existing doors. They are also fully certified to recognised performance
standards and are guaranteed fit for purpose. We operate an independently
audited quality scheme and are accredited to BS EN 9001:2000.
All fire rated products are manufactured under the intensive BWF- CERTIFIRE
independent product conformity scheme.
These can be supplied to fit existing frames or as complete doorsets. The
use of doorsets ensures fitness for purpose and replication of certificated
performance on site.
Quality Housing
LS Longden products are suitable for high quality and prestigious housing.
Options available range from bespoke designs to more usual sizes and panelled
designs which provide a cost-effective option for new build and refurbishment
projects.
The LS Longden range also offers raised and fielded panels, moulded framings
in different styles, various configurations that can include glazing and
a wide choice of applied mouldings. Other decorative joinery items such as
architraves, skirtings and dado rails can also be supplied.
The Churchill range offers fully finished solid timber external doorsets
combining security with a traditional appearance. These doors have been tested
to PAS 23 & 24 and meet the requirements of the ‘Secured By
Design’ initiative.
Conservation and Bespoke designs
The range is particularly suited to the restoration of traditional buildings
and has been used extensively in historic monuments and listed buildings
throughout the country. Our skills in replication and craftsmanship are
recognised by organisations such as English Heritage.
Commercial
LS Longden products offer an impressive solution to Building Regulations
and other statutory requirements without affecting their high quality,
traditional appearance. External doorways, corridor doors and screens are
also available.
