scheme and are accredited to BS EN 9001:2000. All fire rated products are
manufactured under the intensive BWF-CERTIFIRE independent product conformity
scheme, providing further assurance that the product is manufactured to the
highest standards.
We can offer the most comprehensive choice of flush performance doors and
doorsets.
For ease of specification the products are categorised to suit performance,
aesthetic and budgetary requirements.
Designer
Custom made doors and doorsets to the individual designs of the specifier
or interior designer. FD30 & FD60 with an infinite variety of sizes,
facings and detailing. We work closely with specifiers at all stages of
individual project design development, ensuring the designers original vision
is carried through to practical solutions.
Plasform
Postformed edge doorsets with either laminate or PVC facings are widely specified
in healthcare buildings, leisure centres, food preparation areas and clean
rooms where durability, low maintenence and hygeine are prime requirements.
Plasform doorsets are able to offer up to 120 minutes fire resistance.
Extended Performance
Doorsets designed to offer enhanced performance options including fire resistance
up to 120 minutes, acoustic insulation up to 49 Rwdb, radiation protection,
and security options with varying levels of resistance ranging from physical
to ballistic attack. These doorsets are available in a wide range of finishes
to compliment other LS Leaderflush Shapland products.
Pivette
A range of bi-folding doorsets based on a unique design of two leaf articulated
door developed to minimise door swing area whilst maximising clear opening
widths. Suitable for the disabled and wheelchair users, also for areas of
restricted access. The Pivette can be supplied with an emergency release
facility. Available with FD30 fire rating in a range of finishes to compliment
other LS Leaderflush Shapland doorsets.
