Multi-Award Winning R410A Aquasnap Puron Chiller
Another first from Carrier - an air cooled liquid chiller/heat pump with
capacities of 190-760 kW designed specifically to operate on R410A refrigerant.
This chiller launched in 2005 has already won two industry Awards. Aquasnap
Puron is the true winner in all categories including acoustic performance,
ease of installation and energy savings thanks to the revolutionary free-cooling
function, scroll compressors and Flying Bird fans, integrated hydronic modules
and the heat recovery option.
Global / Evergreen Chillers
The Global chiller was the first in the market specifically designed to operate
on the refrigerant R134a. Using the unique Power3 Screw compressor, the Global
chiller has cooling capacities from 250 – 1200 kW in both air-cooled
and water-cooled versions. For larger cooling duties, Carrier offers the
19XR Centrifugal chiller with a cooling capacity of up to 5000 kW, now available
with variable speed drive for the ultimate in part load operating efficiencies.
Aquasmart – Total System Control
Now a central system is available from Carrier to intelligently manage a
complete chilled water air conditioning installation.
The Aquasmart System Manager can control a chiller (or heat pump) unit and
up to 128 programmable air conditioning terminals per system, such as ducted
fan coils, cassettes and high wall units.
Aquasmart optimises energy consumption, supervises the operation of the
components and continually reports any possible system faults.
A maximum of 32 zones may be controlled independently for comfort and economy.
Everybody benefits from a comfort level in line with their expectations and
the system achieves substantial savings through better energy management.

Packaged Systems
Carrier also has an extensive range of single package units and ductable
split systems with capacities of 7.7 to 112 kW. The range includes horizontal,
vertical, rooftop and gas heating systems operating on R407C refrigerant
and a choice of cooling-only or heat pump models.
Air Handling Units
Carrier Holland Heating has over 50 years expertise in the manufacture of
standard, bespoke and packaged Air Handling Units. The new Airovision range
offers all the benefits of a standard range delivering air flow volumes of
0.5 m³/s to 35 m³/s, whilst still also being able to provide bespoke
options.
These options allow capacities to be increased, special components to be
incorporated and physical dimensions to be adapted to suit the available
installation area.
Split and Multi-Split Systems
Carrier offers a full range of energy-efficient split systems with models
encompassing: hi-walls, floor standing, ceiling cassettes and ceiling concealed.
The new XPower range of split and multi-split systems are designed to operate
on zero ozone-depleting refrigerant R410A and utilise advanced inverter
technology. The inverter ensures that the desired temperature is achieved
quickly and maintained constant, ensuring a high level of energy efficiency.
With a choice of four condensing units, the XPower delivers precise control
and flexibility with cooling capacities ranging from 5 kW to 12 kW and 4
kW to 13 kW heating.
